To Qualify for Medical Coverage
If a Patient's care is to be covered by Medicare the patient must:
- Be under the care of a physician who will direct the home plan of care
- Be confined to the home by illness or injury
- Need skilled nursing, physical, occupation, or speech therapy on an intermittent basis
